Other Things to Note

Please be aware that there is another home on the property, with a large outdoor space in between the two homes. Please be respectful of other guests who may be present on the property.

There are two exterior cameras on the property, including one Ring video doorbell (located at the back entrance), and a security camera located on the front porch facing the driveway and front of the property. The exterior cameras record video and audio 24/7 for security purposes, but they are not actively monitored. The security system also includes smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, door sensors, and a motion detector inside the home. Tampering with, covering, or attempting to disable the cameras, smoke detectors, or security system will result in a $500 fine. For the privacy of our guests, there are no interior cameras.

Dogs are allowed, with a $25 per stay fee and a maximum of two dogs (no cats). Dogs must be potty-trained and well-behaved, and they are not to be left unsupervised in the home or on the property at any time. Dogs must be leashed while outdoors, for their safety and for the safety of other guests and pets who may be on the property. You will be charged an additional fee for any damages or extra cleaning required because of your dog.

We are located in a rural area, so there is potential to encounter wildlife, snakes, spiders, wasps, insects, or other critters. Children must be supervised at all times. We are located on a state highway, so there is some potential for traffic noise.

It is important to note that there is limited cell phone signal in the area. The closest gas station is 10 miles away in Ponca. We advise that you bring your own food and alcoholic beverages, as the nearest grocery store and liquor store is over 45 minutes away.
