After a day full of adventures, come home to our peaceful, secluded oasis in the woods – where you can cook a meal in our fully-stocked kitchen, play a game of ping-pong or watch a movie in our family-friendly game room, or simply sit around the fire pit and enjoy the gorgeous view of the Ozarks!

The space

This 3,300 sq. ft. home is situated on 5 wooded acres. It is fully-furnished with six bedrooms and three full bathrooms. On the main level, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with a living room with a 55” Smart TV and gas fireplace, dining room, laundry room, and a fully-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee makers, pots and pans, and utensils. The home is decorated with artwork and photography by local artists.

On the lower level of the home, there are three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a GAME ROOM full of activities for all ages. The game room features a ping pong table, dart board, 65” Smart TV, DVD player with a small library of DVDs, board games, children’s activities, a reading nook, and a kitchenette with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, and mini-fridge.

The home has two covered porches. There is a gas grill and outdoor dining area located on the back porch. The front of the home features an expansive view of the Ozark Mountains. Off of the front porch, there is a custom-built fire pit area with additional seating around the fire, and an unobstructed view of the starry night sky.

Guest access

The home is located off of Highway 7, in between Harrison and Jasper. It is easily accessible from the highway by automobile, via a ¼ mile gravel road. The gravel road may be too difficult for motorcycles. There is room for 5 or 6 vehicles to park on our property. Guests have full access to the home and the property.

Other things to note

Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Smoking is not allowed inside of the home.

There are three exterior cameras on the property, including two Ring video doorbells (located at the front and back entrances), and a security camera located near the side door facing the driveway. The exterior cameras record video and audio 24/7 for security purposes, but they are not actively monitored. The security system also includes smoke/carbon monoxide detectors, door sensors, motion detectors, and a temperature sensor inside the home. Tampering with, covering, or attempting to disable the cameras, smoke detectors, or security system will result in a $500 fine. For the privacy of our guests, there are no interior cameras.

We are located on 5 wooded acres, so there is potential to encounter wildlife, snakes, spiders, wasps, insects, or other critters. There are steep, rocky areas on our property. Children must be supervised at all times. We are located ¼ mile away from a state highway, so there may be some minor traffic noise at times.

We ask that all guests be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours between 11pm-7am.
